As a start up business, the priority was brand awareness. A strong brand logo needed to be created with online and offline communications to promote a young, dynamic on-trend fitness format.
A consistent message had to be conveyed, highlighting the coach’s knowledge, experience and ability to deliver exciting fitness formats for fast results. The scope included; designing yearly marketing campaigns; new business drives, referral programs, reward programs, discount drives and social media strategies. With a focus on implementing and managing Facebook ads and turning the website into a marketing machine with lead and conversion tactics.

THE CREATIVE STRATEGY
A responsive website with shopping cart, timetable and locations. Lead magnet and conversion tools with Facebook adverting campaigns and automated email campaigns were created to attract and nurture clients.
A strong marketing and sales funnel helped build the new business with the launch of a second location in the first year.
The Facebook business page has good engagement and ToV (tone of voice) that is consistent with the brand and provides an effective channel for information.
A training session and online training videos has allowed the client to easily manage their own website and posts to socials.
